Terms of use

The marketplace

Nostalgia Club operates the marketplace. We are not the seller of the listed goods and we do not take title to them.

Your contract

When you place an order you make a contract with each seller named in that order. Each seller packs and ships their own goods and is responsible for those goods.

Commission

We charge sellers a commission. The price you pay is the price shown, including VAT. We do not add a separate buyer fee at checkout.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms reduces the statutory rights of a consumer in the European Union, including the right to withdraw and the legal guarantees for goods.
